Hello! Your country of service has worked with RPCVnexus to provide you with a free 30-minute coaching session to use however you would like in preparation for what comes after your Peace Corps service. This can be a conversation about transitioning, a resume review, discussing possible career paths, or simply learning what exists in the Peace Corps Professional Network.
Use the booking system below based on what works best for you and the coach you want to work with.
While each coach has a set schedule for meetings, just like all Peace Corps Volunteers, this is flexible! If you really want to work with a specific coach and need a different time than the ones listed, reach out to us and we can see about making that work!

Meet Our Coaches as You Decide Who to Work With

Dani (She/her) empowers purpose-driven professionals to effectively manage time, energy, and impact inside and outside of work especially during transitional phases. Diana Schmidt ~ RPCV Ukraine; Former Country Director Ukraine
Most Available Weekdays 9am-7pm (All times Eastern)
I’m Diana Schmidt, MBA, Ph.D., a career and business coach with decades of experience in business, academia, and international development. I’ve served as a Peace Corps Volunteer and Country Director, co-founded a successful pharmaceutical company, and chaired a graduate program at Pepperdine University. Today, I draw on that experience to help people in transition—whether moving into new careers, stepping into leadership roles, or starting a business. My coaching is practical and collaborative, combining clear strategies with steady support so individuals can move forward with confidence and purpose.

Kim Murphy ~ RPCV Sri Lanka
Most Available Weekdays 12-2pm (All times Eastern)
I’m a Professional Certified Coach specializing in career transitions and am recently retired after 33 years in federal service, including a distinguished career in the State Department’s Foreign Service. My journey began as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Sri Lanka and included work with USDA on USAID projects. Originally from Minneapolis, I hold a B.A. in German and Economics from St. Olaf College and an M.A. in International Development from George Washington University. I’m also certified by the Coach Training Institute and ICF and I’m passionate about empowering individuals as they navigate their unique paths to professional success and fulfillment.

Joe O’Connor ~ RPCV Albania
Most Available Weekdays 4pm-10pm; Weekends 8am-7pm
While I’ve spent most of the years following my Peace Corps service supporting training projects as a federal contractor, my true passion lies in helping people reach a place of empowered decision-making in their lives. In my coaching practice, I primarily focus on supporting my clients as they make changes in their financial and professional lives. That said I’m more than happy to collaborate with clients looking for more general life coaching as well. While I’m open to working with clients from various walks of life, my primary audience is people with a background in public service.

Tamara Goldschmidt ~ RPCV Costa Rica
Most Available Weekdays 8am-8pm (All times Eastern)
I believe that life should be anchored in purpose, connection, and adventure. My journey led me from Peace Corps Costa Rica to launching a coffee supply chain business, then into global health, health tech, and helping social enterprises scale. Each pivot taught me how to navigate change and find clarity in the midst of it. As a coach, I partner with RPCVs to cut through the swirl of post-service possibilities, clarify purpose, and turn it into intentional action toward meaningful work and life.
