The activities RPCVnexus carries out are free for RPCVs.
Help us keep it that way!
RPCVnexus hopes to continue providing Current and Returned Volunteers with free resume reviews, career panels and skill discussions, a virtual network, and a mentoring program. We ask the RPCV Community to help us pay it forward through article writing to share knowledge, volunteering time as we build out resources and abilities, or donating so we can keep the lights on. If you’re able to, please consider contributing in one of the following ways:

Review Résumés
As Volunteers look for jobs, who better to provide input on their resume than those with experience in those fields or that same organization? Join our cohort of Résumé Reviewers as we act as the second pair of eyes for Current and Returned Volunteers as they consider opportunities for graduate school or their next job.

Share Your Career or Life Experiences
Volunteers are always curious about the paths others took before them to reach the place they’re at today. Share an experience you’ve taken after service in our Professional Development Series Discussions, on a Career Panel, or by writing an article. Let other Volunteers know what you learned along the way – good and the bad – so they may consider how to forge their own paths.

Mentor Others
Volunteers are constantly seeking those in the fields they’re interested in or have a similar background they’re trying to leverage to reach the next step. Whether you want to join the Community-Wide Mentoring Program or have a coffee chat with a Volunteer hoping to learn more, we’d be more than happy to connect you with them!

Donate So Others May Too
As 1,000s of RPCVs were impacted by the changes to the federal workforce, RPCVnexus met this call to action by expanding our career services and professional development activities that supported 200 Volunteers in 2024 to support and guide 800+ Volunteers this year. As we look towards 2026, pay it forward with us as RPCVnexus supports the 1,500+ Volunteers returning next year and the entire RPCV Community prepare for work in an evolving job market as many pivot to other sectors.
