This panel features women at different stages of work and life as they share how they’ve claimed space, navigated pushback, and redefined visibility on their own terms. Through candid stories, missteps included, and small-group breakout discussions, participants will explore how to build confidence through major transitions, show up authentically in new spaces, recognize the role systemic bias plays in how women are seen and heard, and create the support systems that make visibility possible.

Join RPCV/W and RPCVnexus for an evening of fast-paced, meaningful mentoring and networking with fellow Returned Peace Corps Volunteers. Whether you’re exploring a career transition, looking for industry insight, considering graduate school, or simply hoping to expand your network, this event is designed to help you make valuable connections.

Participants will have time to connect during open networking from 5:30–6:00 PM, followed by three 15-minute mentoring conversations from 6:00–7:00 PM. The first round will feature an intentional match based on participants’ interests and goals, with additional connections throughout the remaining rounds. The evening will wrap up with additional networking from 7:00–7:30 PM.

We will cap the event at 10 mentors and 10 mentees.
