Rather than focusing on tools, features, or technical concepts, the workshop teaches participants how to integrate AI into everyday work. Participants learn how to use AI to support project management, communication, planning, research, decision-making, and professional growth while maintaining human judgment, accountability, and leadership. The goal is not to replace human expertise. The goal is to amplify it.
